8. Apples

Apples are often touted as superfruits, and rightfully so, given all the nutrients they provide our bodies. You’ve probably heard the phrase “an apple a day keeps the doctor away” but you probably didn’t think that included the dentist!
That’s right, chewing on a crunchy apple once or twice a day can provide the same effect as brushing your teeth! What’s more is that the acidic property of the apple acts as a stain remover for your teeth. Just to be clear, we aren’t suggesting you give up brushing your teeth. But munching on an apple twice a day can help clear up those pesky stains way faster!
