6. You Don’t Exercise

Regular physical activity and exercise can make you feel mentally fit, as well as making you physically fit. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention says regular exercise can “reduce your risk of depression and may help you sleep better.” And you don’t have to splurge on a gym membership, a mere 150 minutes of moderate exercise can make you up to 65% less tired during the day. So, you can just include a few simple activities like taking the stairs and hand kneading dough in your day-to-day routine and you’re good to go!
