8. Stress
If you’re someone that’s constantly stressed, you’re looking at exhaustion, dark circles, headaches, ulcers, and yes – insomnia. And the worst part is that stress perpetuates a never-ending cycle. Lack of sleep causes anxiety and irritability, making problems seem bigger, causing more stress, which keeps you from falling asleep. Ugh! Do you see what we mean? Its important to make sure that you deal with stress in a healthy manner, and fast!
