8. Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a combination of meditation, exercise, and yoga. For decades, North Americans considered it something too strange to be practiced. However, it involves sets of little bit meditation and deep breathing, a little physical exercise, and stretching, a little yoga in order to build muscle strength and flexibility while improving an individual’s overall balance. Although it is not a proven fact of improving arthritis, it is a worth a try in order to manage pains and associated symptoms. Tai Chi soothes your joints as it utilizes gentle martial art and is able to modify the moves in case the muscles/joints are sore.
