5. Proper Growth

A parent’s main job is to make sure that they’re kids grow up safe, strong, and healthy – and that includes giving them the right nutrients for the task. They also make sure their kids don’t end up putting junk – such as foods laden with sugar, trans-fats, or artificial elements – into their systems.

Part of making sure they have a good diet is to give them foods that are full of nutrients that are good for them, like copper. Copper-rich foods like wheat bran, nuts, red meat, and seafood, in a child’s diet in particular will help him or her develop their immune systems, as well as protect their nerves, cardiovascular systems and bones. They will also help boost your child’s metabolism, which will keep them active and energized.
