12. Bacon

Bacon is so delicious that you can’t stop yourself from stealing a few from the breakfast table and offer it to your dog. However, Good Housekeeping says that it is not so friendly with your canine friend’s pancreas. This is due to the high fat content which exists in bacon and can cause pancreatitis in dogs, this means it can lead to inflammation and inadequate function of the pancreas. Since, this organ not only yields enzymes required for food production, but also for insulin, which controls blood sugar levels.
