Your dog and you have a late night mission to complete? Sharing a caffeinated beverage can keep you up all night but make sure its not with your dog, says the ASPCA. Since, coffee, chocolate and caffeine comprises ingredients called methylxanthines, which can be harmful to pets. Digested methylxanthines can cause your dog to have diarrhea, vomiting, extreme thirstiness and urination, hyperactivity, unusual heartbeat, quivers, seizures, and in worst-case scenarios even death.
