PAULA NELSON – WILLIE NELSON’S DAUGHTER

Paula was an illegitimate child born to Willie Nelson and Connie Koepke while Nelson was still married to another woman, Shirly Collie Nelson. But, her father divorced his wife after she was born and married her mother.

Like her father, Paula Nelson is a musical prodigy. She has released five albums with the Paula Nelson Band, including one in 2014 called Under the Influence. She was also featured in one of her father’s albums called To All The Girls… in 2014. Their duet Have You Ever Seen the Rain was a remake of the 1970 song by Creedence Clearwater Revived. It gained popularity recently for being featured on the soundtrack for the hit HBO show Big Little Lies. Paula Nelson also hosts her own show on the Outlaw County Channel on Sirius XM.
