Dame Judy Dench is one of the most famous actresses to come out of Great Britain, but she is recognized all over the world. She was originally known for appearing in the James Bond movies as Bond’s boss, M; and she was the first woman to appear in that role ever. She’s continued acting in that series, even though she is now 83 years old. Her latest Bond movie was in 2015, Spectre. She also appeared in the 2018 film All Is True.

Dench has also starred in several other iconic movies like A Fine Romance, A Room with a View, and Shakespeare in Love. She even received an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress in the last of those. Judy Dench has shown no signs of retiring. She also maintains a youthful persona and appearance. The Irish Longitude Study on Ageing reports that a positive attitude helps people age gracefully, which is probably the best explanation for how amazing Dench is even at this age!
