Cassandra Peterson has quite a striking appearance, thanks to her bright red hair. Having been born in 1951, Cassandra entered the film industry and took on several roles from being a showgirl, a rock band singer, and then landing small TV and movie roles before finding her most successful stint. This was in the ‘80s when she starred as Elvira in the movie Elvira: Mistress of the Dark. The character has followed her through the decades, even to this day!

As for her personal life, Cassandra Peterson is a well-known vegetarian – she even appeared in a comedic PETA ad that promoted vegetarianism.
