Pam Grier-Born in 1949

Filmmaker Quentin Tarantino once commented that Pam Grier may have been the first-ever female action star, and we can’t say we disagree. Pam Grier rose to fame in the ‘70s, starring in iconic movies such as The Big Bird Cage, Foxy Brown, Sheba, Baby, Coffy, and Tarantino’s own Jackie Brown. At the ripe old age of 70, Grier continues to put her skills to good use in front of the camera. Some of her latest projects include the 2017 movie Bad Grandmas, Rose, and the upcoming comedy, Poms.

We’ve already mentioned her age but you would never be able to guess it just by looking at her! The secret to her youthful appearance may be that she is a ardent fan of yoga. Or it may be because of her healthy eating choices, such as cutting down on dairy, eating more avocado, yogurt, and drinking coconut water regularly.
