1. Reduce Caffeine Consumption
Keeping your skin (and body) hydrated is the key to keeping it healthy. Beverages like coffee and alcohol with high caffeine contents are known as diuretics, which means they encourage the body to excrete more water. While it’s good to flush out water from the body, when it happens excessively, you will need to compensate with more water.
Since caffeine is required to be processed in the liver, there may be some low-level toxins left over as a byproduct of this process. A cup or two of coffee a day shouldn’t be too much of an issue (unless you are facing skin issues, in which case, it wouldn’t hurt trying to give it up), but it’s better to switch to plain or lemon flavored water beyond that.
