8. More Sleep, Less Botox
Sleep is another thing that is essential for the overall health and well-being of a human, and that includes your skin too. Not getting enough sleep or restless sleeping patterns can lead to a plethora of skin issues from puffing, wrinkling and sagging to even premature aging.
So if you can’t seem to get rid of those under eye bags no matter what you do, try adding a few more hours of sleep into your routine. If you aren’t having restful sleep, try adding some relaxing habits into your bedtime routine, like yoga, breathing exercises, etc. You might also want to give up smoking, limit alcohol consumption and take up regular exercise for a lasting effect. All of this is going to be a better and more long-term solution to the betterment of your skin than botox or anything else you can try.
