Table Salt

Table salt is the worst of them all, which is quite unfortunate! Table salt is created by draining natural salt of all it’s mineral composition, cleaning it with bleach, and baking it at a ridiculously high temperature. This means that all that’s left behind is sodium, chloride, and the synthetic iodine that is added to the salt; and ultimately, the human body ends up struggling to absorb it.
