Known among the public a the “Milk Tea Sister”, Zetian Zhang is one of China’s youngest female billionaires. She is also married to Richard Liu (Liu Qiangdong), who is the founder of JD.com. In 2015, she procured a 3-story penthouse apartment in Sydney, Australia. The house spanned an area pf 6,347 square feet and featured stunning views of the Sydney Harbour and Harbour Bridge. Zetian later sold the apartment for $13.5 million. This home has to have an expensive home insurance policy, but with her income, she can certainly afford to live in luxury.
