Cameron Diaz – $4.25 Million, Manhattan

Fellow Hollywood Star and former Greenwich Village resident Cameron Diaz and husband Benji Madden used to be neighbors with Julia Roberts. The apartment that was renovated by designer Kelly Wearstler in 2015 was later sold for $4.5 million. The couple now lives in a house worth $2 million in Los Angeles. We don’t know what else she’s invested in but it looks like she’s practiced some great money management with her New York apartment sale.
