Leonardo Dicaprio – $1.75 Million, Belize

World-famous actor Leonardo DiCaprio doesn’t like to do anything in a small scale – so he went and bought himself an entire island! Spanning an area of 104 acres – big enough to accommodate a few dozen mansions and villas – the island located in Belize is called Blackadore Caye. The island is currently for sale for $5 million, and there are talks of it being converted into an eco-resort with luxury amenities that are also environment-friendly. We can’t even imagine the insurance for an entire island resort, but it’s got to be astronomical.
