Army veteran Tom Selleck served as a sergeant in the 1st Battalion, 160th Infantry. He was drafted into the Vietnam War and served from 1967 until 1973. When he returned home, he became an actor. He was most famous for his role on Magnum, P.I., where he played the lead role.
