Mickey Rooney was born in Brooklyn, New York on September 23, 1920. He first performed on the stage with his parents as an infant, at the age of 17 months. At the age of 19, he became the biggest star in the world. He was bringing $150,000 home per year.

During the Second World War, he served two years under the Army’s Entertainment division, he spent more of his time entertaining the troops and was well-known for that. After that, in the next five decades, he became one of the most famous influencers and brought many more awards, including Emmy and Academy Award home.
