Adam Driver is known for his role in the Star Wars movies as Kylo Ren, and, even more recently, he is famous for his role opposite Scarlett Johansson in the film A Marriage Story, which was nominated for several Oscars. What you might not know about Driver is that he is a former Marine.

After the September 11th attacks on the U.S., Driver enlisted in the Marine Corps. He was assigned to the Weapons Company 1st Battalion 1st Marines. He was assigned the rank of 81mm mortarman. Driver served in the Marines for two years before he was injured and discharged.
