3. Get Active

If you want to look younger, it’s not just your face that you need to focus on. Your body also plays an important role in how your age is perceived. A person who is in-shape instantly looks young and healthy, while huffing and puffing after climbing just two flights of stairs will convince anyone your oooold.

But it’s not all about looks either. If you want to look younger, you’ll have to feel younger. Being physically fit and active is instantly a sign of a young person, but it also makes you feel younger. If your body is strong and agile, your internal organs will also work well. Exercise is also a great way to de-stress, which also helps a lot.

If you feel like you haven’t got the time to go to the gym, that’s alright. A 20-minute walk in the morning is just as good, plus you get all the goodness of sunlight, like Vitamin D, which is very beneficial to your skin. Getting bulked up through weight-lifting also has been said to a good de-ager. In fact, a study at Penn State College of Medicine even found that those that strength trained lived longer lives!
