You are what you eat.

This might not exactly come as a shock to you, but your diet is one of the major factors that determines how you look. Having a diet that is rich in natural fruits and vegetables, herbs, organic meat and other healthy foods is going to make you seem younger than you are. The simple fact is that eating healthy keeps you healthy (ie. less likely to fall sick or develop diseases), which is important to look and feel youthful.

Some of the things that you should include more often into your diet to stay young include foods rich in good fats like fish and nuts, as well as superfruit like goji berries and pomegranates. Green tea has also been known for it’s anti-aging properties. Not only are these foods good for your outer appearance, they also help in the prevention of many diseases, age-related or otherwise.
