7. Think Young
This might sound like a mind game, but that’s because it sort of is. By the time we reach our 30s, most of us have gotten into a routine and have a set of boundaries that firmly distinguish our “comfort zone”. Most people don’t dare step out of it, and this monotonous lifestyle is something that makes them feel a lot older than they are.
That’s why it’s important to “think young”. Be open to new ideas, don’t take yourself too seriously, and challenge yourself! Try something, like going dancing or sampling a new cuisine, that you might not have done otherwise. Constantly experiencing new things, like you would do when you are young, is bound to keep you youthful; mind, body, and soul!
