It may have seemed like not much was going to happen with Daniela Ruah’s character of Kensi Blye when she appeared in just two episodes during 2009. Things actually turned out great for Daniela, though, as Kensi would go on to become one of the main characters of the spinoff NCIS: Los Angeles.
