Back in season 7 of NCIS, you may remember Rena Sofer playing Margaret Allison Hart, a seemingly cold-blooded attorney that brought her no-nonsense attitude to the courtroom as she ran up against Gibbs in a contentious court case. On the show, her look mirrored her character’s attitude, with a lot of conservative black suits and straight black hair.
